As I learn more and more about the Blessed Virgin Mary, I gain certain bits of insight and wisdom about her that I feel certain are gifts from the Holy Spirit. These quiet, private revelations are there for all of us to discover. However, I think that so many of us are too busy jamming up our brains with unnecessary static and noise that we can’t see or hear these revelations when they present themselves.
The Secrets of the Blessed Virgin Mary
One bit of insight that I am made aware of through these spiritual gifts is the fact that the Virgin Mary is the example of what women should model their lives after. She is pure feminist in the purest and truest sense of the word. She is everything that women should strive to become. There is nothing about her that isn’t perfect feminism. And after all, she was a human being, the mother of us all. She has paved the way for us and continues to walk with us through the centuries, fighting our spiritual battles and guiding us in the path of truth and love toward her son, Jesus Christ.
I think Mary is being ignored. Her pleas for prayer, penance and peace are being given about as much attention as a leaf drifting in a breeze. It isn’t as if we don’t know she’s there, but I think it’s more like we don’t feel that her role in this world and our lives is at all significant. We acknowledge that she is the mother of Christ but somehow we kind of just stop at that and move on to the next thing.
True Devotion to the Blessed Virgin Mary
I actually find it to be mind-boggling that there are many non-Catholics who hold more respect for the Mary they don’t even believe exists than several of the Catholics who are either unwilling to learn what they still don’t know, or who in some twisted way feel that Mary takes away from God’s role in our redemption. Please don’t misunderstand me. There are certainly many, many people out there who not only acknowledge the Blessed Virgin Mary but who also dedicate their lives to her in the truest sense of devotion. I guess I just wish there were more of us.
When it comes to dedication to the Blessed Mother, I never feel that I’ve done enough at a day’s end. Even though I say the Rosary on a daily basis, I still am nowhere near where I would like to be in my devotion to Our Lady. She has saved me from unbelievable close calls and near disasters that had the potential of wrecking my life permanently. Her intercession on my behalf has been a remarkable part of my life from curing sick pets to saving human lives. I will go into more detail in future posts. But for now I’m just saying that I feel as if I need to be and do more for Mary.
I pray that through this blog I can at least make a speck of difference in promoting her and helping others find their way to her heart.

Hello, my name is Margo. When I was 23 years old and working as a part-time nanny in New York City I had the pleasure of caring for a little 5-year-old boy named Alexander. One day I had been overcome with sadness and in a weak moment, I found myself confiding to this little boy about a friend I couldn't find because he was lost. Alexander, quickly responded without missing a beat, “Follow a trail!” [

I too heard that talk that Fr Corapi gave about the devil being after the priests. That without priest there will be no Holy Eurchrist. I hope that Father changes his mind and goes back to his order. Padre Pio received much disrespect from his order. He was not even allowed to say Mass for a long while. But he made the sarafice and stayed the course. Please Fr Corapi come back to the Church. We need you.
I read that it is the Bishop that will not allow him to go back to his order. He doesn’t have a choice so it looks like he will never come back to the Church. Perhaps through prayer one day the truth will come out. For his sake I hope all goes well for him.
I am on day 24 of 33 Days to Morning Glory, it is about consecrating yourself to Mary to get closer to Jesus and it is awesome, I can hardly wait to read the next and the spiritual journey has so been leading my heart to Mary, at the end of the book it tells you how to prayer the rosary to get much more out of it, which for me has been life changing as well, wish I had read this book years ago. May the Holy Spirit bring you closer to Mary and Jesus and of course himself.
